WSU Football: Weber State Comes Up Short 33-20 At Cal

Anytime a lowly Big Sky Conference football team dang near whoops a Power 5 PAC-12 team, that's a "moral victory," in our book

Just a few words about yesterday's Weber State Wildcats thrilling pre-season game:

"The turnover margin really hurt us and hurt our momentum.  "I thought the play calling was very good and we moved the ball well. We have a tough team that really fought today. Nonsense, Coach Hill, sez we. Anytime a lowly Big Sky Conference football team leads at the end of the third quarter and dang near whoops a Power 5 PAC-12 team, that's a "moral victory," in our book.
