No doubt about. The Utah GOP's "transformation" will be a thrill to watch, No?

At risk of coming off as WAY LATE to the party, we'll very belatedly report what happened in Utah GOP politics over the last weekend. The Standard Examiner set the stage on Friday, posting this highly informative story, reporting that three Utah GOP candidates (two hardliners- one "moderate") were poised to battle for the "plum" GOP Chairmanship. Missing-in-Action Rob Bishop Gets invited to an April 18 Town Hall Meeting! - Updated

C'mon Weber County voters! be there; and don't let Rob Bishop down!

Hey, Utah Congressional District One consituents! As we all know, GOP Congressman Rob Bishop has been sorely missing in action in our District lately, whilst he's been otherwise fully occupied in Washinton, D.C. selling off our Utah public lands to the highest corporate bidders.

Here's the good news, Peeps. Congessman Bishop has now been located; and he'll be travelling back to our humble Congressional District NEXT WEEK, to "cuddle up" with we, his neglected constituents. Check this out, Peeps:
Utah County GOP crackpot Jason Chaffetz hosted a really great town hall meeting with his highly-animated constituents just a few weeks ago.

C'mon Weber County voters! Be there; and don't let Rob Bishop down!

This isn't the first time that the "cocky" Mr. Peterson has suffered "foot in mouth" disease  in the public press

OGDEN — An Ogden state representative drew criticism after making light of Monday’s Women’s March on the Utah State Capitol in a now-deleted post on his blog.
Rep. Jeremy Peterson, R-Ogden, called the action, which drew an estimated 6,000 participants on a snowy day to the capitol, “The Potpourri Passion Protest” in a blog post that he later removed.
“I am sure this won’t be the last protest we see at the Capitol before the Legislature finishes its work in March,” Peterson wrote. “Lets (sic) hope the next one features symbols other than crudely named knit-caps.”
