Please come to the meeting tonight (Sep 29), 7 pm, at Mound Fort Junior High hosted by Utahns for Ethical Government:
Tuesday, September 29, 2009--7-9 p.m.If a grassroots approach doesn't do it, nothing will, because we know our legislature appears to be opposed to being ethical - well, at least most of them.

Sorry, I won't be able to make this meeting. I hope some readers of this furum do attend and report back what we need to do so we can get this initiative legally signed and on the ballet.
Ten people there, I guess that is not a issue in weber county.
Mark
It is a huge issue in the Ogden City Administration, and if you are the Mark that works for the mayor it also looms large in your mirror.
If someone can let us know where copies of the petition will be available for signing, that would be great.
MJ:
By your reasoning, thousands didn't attend a meeting on the school voucher referendum, it was not an issue here and it would not have support by signature to get on the ballot.
But it did.
I guess that Hansen is on the right track, asking for the other politicians to be held accountability but I'm not one of them. Although I did by a hummer and then took it back I did get a suv anyway. So this really does not apply to us in the administration. You guys on this blog just keep barking up the tree in hopes that a cat might fall out, but that will never happen either. Now that we have a lobbyist to help us kill all those bills we don't like, you guys just keep barking.
