We learn from Dave Greining's "Behind the Headlines" morning column that the Standard's "Ogden City government beat" reporter, Ace Reporter Schwebke, who's had Boss Godfrey and the rest of Godfrey's "A" Team on speed dial for the past 5 or so years, will be transferred over the the S-E "police/breaking news beat":
Can we see, by a show of hands, how many of our savvy WCF readers will miss Mr. Schwebke's City Hall reporting?
In conjunction with our ongoing commitment to regularly cover interesting developments in science, and in accordance with our post-Godfrey Administration new year's resolution to expand our WCF discussion to political stories of national significance, here's a little something from Scientific American Magazine, which neatly straddles both of the above general topic areas:No doubt about it...
