1) House Impeachment Special Session Main Event. Utah Policy's Bob Bernick sets forth some of the nuances of the legislature's impending John Swallow investigation, which will have lawmakers wading into uncharted waters:

Waiting for Wednesday. I can't remember the last time I looked forward to the Utah Stale legislature meeting. It's like the anticipation on Christas Eve. Just wondering what gift they will give the citizens of Utah.
