What does one TRILLION dollars look like?

Taking Google Sketchup out for a test drive to get a sense of what exactly a trillion dollars looks like

A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you’re talking real money.

Sen. Everett Dirksen (R-Illinois)
The Big Apple
(1896-1969)

We received an email attachment from of our gentle readers this morning, something we found to be quite interesting:
All this talk about "stimulus packages" and "bailouts"...
A billion dollars...
A hundred billion dollars...
Eight hundred billion dollars...
One TRILLION dollars... What does that look like?
Check THIS out:
What does one TRILLION dollars look like?
So the next time you hear someone toss around the phrase "trillion dollars"... that's what they're talking about.

A Weber County Tip O' the Hat to Gentle Reader Larry for the tip.

Speaking of Sen. Dirksen....

Can anyone name the popular song he recorded as a cover in the 60's.

This is real trivia. No googling til we get an answer off the cuff.

And that recording was the B-side to what?

oops , my bad....

Should have googled it myself. It was an impressionist.

Just playin by the rules.

I guess I was too young to realize it wasn't the real senator. Anyway, I remember that song everytime I see his name having owned the record along with the original and popular versions.
